Adult Cycle Training South Glos Staff

Looking for a way to step away from your desk, get some fresh air and boost your wellbeing during the working day? A free lunchtime cycle training opportunity is now available for staff in the Badminton Road area.

Due to a number of cancellations on children's holiday cycle training courses, our qualified cycle instructors have some availability and are keen to offer free adult cycle training sessions to colleagues during their lunch breaks.

Whether you're completely new to cycling, haven't been on a bike for years, or simply want to feel more confident riding on local roads, these sessions can be tailored to your individual experience and ability.

Why give it a go?

Taking time away from your desk during the day can have a positive impact on both your physical and mental wellbeing. A lunchtime cycling session offers the chance to get some fresh air, enjoy being outdoors, improve confidence, learn new skills, and return to work feeling refreshed and re-energised!

No bike? No problem

Bikes and helmets can be provided, so there's no need to bring your own equipment. Just come along and give it a try.
